Haider Alrubaei is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Sober Real Estate LLC, where he leads the firm’s brokerage and advisory operations with a strategic vision grounded in international expertise and multidisciplinary insight.
A British citizen and RERA-certified real estate broker in Dubai (BRN 59674), Haider also holds ARLA certification in London and brings over a decade of experience spanning residential sales, off-plan projects, secondary market deals, and leasing transactions. His academic background includes a BSc in Computer Science, an MSc in Business Information Systems, and advanced executive credentials from Columbia Engineering and Emeritus, specialising in project finance and construction management.
Haider’s cross-sector leadership is further demonstrated through direct ownership and operational involvement in a construction firms across the middle east, allowing him to navigate the entire real estate lifecycle—from feasibility and construction to sales and monetization. This hands-on exposure enhances his ability to assess project viability and deliver results aligned with both developer and investor goals.
In the UK, he also serves as Managing Director of Du Cane Group Real Estate and City Prime Group Hotels, overseeing property development, asset management, and boutique hospitality operations.
Known for his disciplined execution, market intelligence, and investor-focused approach, Haider ensures every transaction is handled with transparency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. A British citizen, he has established and managed business interests across the United Kingdom (London), Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates, with a primary focus on real estate advisory, land transactions, and strategic investments.

With extensive experience in the Dubai real estate market, Engr. Ahsan Ali has developed a solid track record across property sales, joint venture structuring, and plot and land advisory. His expertise covers complex, high-value transactions involving landowners, investors, and developers, supported by a clear understanding of zoning regulations, development potential, and market feasibility.

Arunya Chandrababu serves as the Operations and Administration Manager at Sober Real Estate, bringing over six years of experience in real estate administration and operations management. With a strong foundation in business administration and human resources, she plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across departments.

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Dubai, Arunya combines her administrative expertise with in-depth knowledge of the UAE property market. She oversees daily operations, management coordination, human resources support, and executive administration, ensuring that both internal processes and client interactions reflect the highest professional standards.

Her career began as a Customer Care Professional at Bangalore International Airport, where she developed exceptional communication and service skills in a dynamic international environment. She later advanced her career in Dubai as an HR and Administration Professional before establishing herself in the real estate sector, where she has successfully supported brokerage operations, compliance procedures, documentation management, and client servicing for over six years.

Arunya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (Human Resources) from Bangalore University.
